Welcome to EDA Academy. By accessing or using our website, account tools, courses, resources, trainings, certifications, memberships, or related services, you agree to follow these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account, enroll in an offering, publish instructor content, or use the platform.

You may need an account to enroll in offerings, access paid materials, manage memberships, publish instructor content, or use account-specific features.

• Provide accurate and current registration, billing, profile, and role information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share account access with other people.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless the activity results from a platform security issue.
• Instructor accounts may require additional verification, payout, tax, or content-review information.

EDA Academy offers self-paced courses, live or instructor-led trainings, downloadable resources, memberships, bundles, and certification programs for the VLSI and semiconductor learning community.

• Enrollment gives you a limited, non-transferable license to access the relevant learning materials for personal or internal educational use.
• Access may depend on the purchase type, membership status, certification rules, content availability, and account standing.
• Certificates or completion records reflect platform activity and program requirements; they do not guarantee employment, admission, licensing, or exam outcomes.
• We may update, replace, retire, or restrict content when needed for quality, security, legal, or operational reasons.

Prices, promotions, taxes, currencies, and purchase availability may vary by region, product, and sales channel. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers.

• You agree to pay all charges shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and recurring membership fees.
• Memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
• Canceling a membership stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges.
• Third-party payment processors may apply their own payment, security, dispute, and refund procedures.

Except where expressly stated at the time of purchase or required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable once access to the purchased content, membership benefit, course, resource, training, certification, or related digital service has been granted.

• Canceling a membership or subscription will stop future billing but will not refund, credit, or prorate fees already charged for prior or current billing periods.
• Promotions, bundles, partner offers, institutional programs, certifications, or other special purchases may be subject to additional refund terms disclosed at checkout or in the applicable program terms.
• If a purchase is processed through a third-party payment provider, marketplace, partner, or reseller, any refund request may also be subject to that third party's policies and procedures.
• Nothing in this refund section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Instructors are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and ownership status of the materials they submit or publish through EDA Academy.

EDA Academy, instructors, and licensors retain ownership of their respective intellectual property. Your use of learning content is limited to the access rights granted by your enrollment, purchase, or membership.

• Do not copy, scrape, record, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or publicly share platform content without permission.
• Do not remove copyright notices, watermarks, attribution, technical controls, or access restrictions.
• The EDA Academy platform name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, and other brand assets, together with those of its parent company and affiliates, may not be used without prior written permission unless expressly allowed by approved brand guidelines or written authorization.
• Do not use any EDA Academy, parent company, or affiliate brand asset in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, certification, employment, agency, or official status unless that relationship has been expressly authorized in writing.
• You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant EDA Academy the operational rights needed to provide, protect, market, and improve the service.
• We may remove or restrict content that appears to infringe intellectual property, privacy, security, or platform policy requirements.

Use EDA Academy for lawful learning, teaching, collaboration, and platform-supported commerce only.

• Do not compromise, disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, scan, or bypass platform systems or access controls.
• Do not misrepresent your identity, credentials, organization, instructor status, or affiliation.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, defamatory, or privacy-invasive materials.
• Do not share paid content, download links, private account credentials, certificates, or learner records without authorization.
• Do not use automated scraping, credential stuffing, spam, malware, or misleading promotional activity.

You may stop using the platform or request account closure through available account or support channels. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access when needed to protect learners, instructors, partners, the platform, or legal compliance.

After termination, access to content, account features, certificates, instructor tools, or pending benefits may end, subject to applicable law and any separate written agreement.

EDA Academy provides the platform and content on an as-is and as-available basis. We aim to maintain a reliable learning experience, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, specific technical outcomes, career results, exam results, or business results.

To the extent permitted by law, EDA Academy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from platform use, content access, purchases, instructor materials, technical interruptions, or account restrictions.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

We may update these terms to reflect product changes, payment flows, content rules, legal requirements, or platform operations. Material updates may be communicated through the website, account notices, email, or checkout flows.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia unless applicable law requires otherwise. Some users may have mandatory local consumer, privacy, or dispute rights that cannot be limited by these terms.
