Retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account records, support learning history, process payments and instructor payouts, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect platform integrity.
Some data may remain in backups, audit logs, financial records, certificate records, or security records for a limited period after account closure.
